I have to highlight the cleanliness of the rooms, service, beautiful premises of the hotel and Mrs. Rose - she made many breakfasts more enjoyable for us. Thank you very much.

The bathroom is fitted with a shower and certain rooms is equipped with a bathtub. The young lady manager of the 3 properties was a very, very nice, well mannered, welcoming and informative person. The hotel room, the facilities, the grounds and the entire staff were excellent. We even had a looris, นางอาย, visit us on our 4th floor "mountain view 3 person" room balcony. I speak, read/write Thai and all the staff were very polite, pleasing and helpful in every regard. The breakfast was outstanding. A real nice, comfortable place.

Incredibly helpful staff and owners. Scooters available if you need but I chose to taxi or walk back from Lamai Beach area. Safe, comfortable and a superb experience
