Free WiFi and 24-hour room service are available in all areas. Hotel Indigo in Bali is hands-down one of the best hotel experiences I have had. I am a IHG member and have stayed in Hotel Indigos in other cities, but this one blew my socks off. The hotel is beautifully designed in meeting of modern and classically Asian sensibilities. I had a walk around the grounds and it evokes the feeling of being in an Ancient Hindu or Buddhist temple. Gorgeous plants everywhere thanks to amazing gardeners . Wonderful, attentive staff who bothers to remember who you are, where you came from and what activities you booked for the day. I took the coffee art course and was impressed by how much the barista knew about coffee. It turns out one of their star baristas is a regular champion in international coffee art competitions. The hotel also has clear policy with regards to sustainability and food waste - the staff all knew where the leftovers from the breakfast buffet is used for. Amazing attention to detail and training, I must say. The location of the hotel was also perfect - you can walk out of the back and straight onto the beach. The pools had many comfy deck chairs equipped with call buttons so you don't have to get up to order a drink. The Secret Garden pool is especially beautiful at night. Lastly, my room was enormous. Had beautiful decorations and a lovely little patio where I can hang out outside. All of my Asian pet peeves were taken care of: slippers, dressing gown, generous quantifies of shampoo and conditioner.

You get complimentatry mini bar items every day. The pool was not too busy and quiet relaxing. Breakfast is also very good, very good coffee and you can chiose whenever you have breakfast. Enjoyed complimentary 15’ massage and yoga. Best hotel so for in Indonesia.

Pool was very nice and the breakfast had a great variety and also very tasty. Close to beach for watching sunsets or surfing. We received small unexpected gifts, which was a nice touch.
