The staff are so friendly and helpfull (any question is too much). The place is awesome, a quiet street 10min walking from almost everything. The room was very spatious, the bed was really big! You get complimentatry mini bar items every day. The pool was not too busy and quiet relaxing. Breakfast is also very good, very good coffee and you can chiose whenever you have breakfast. Enjoyed complimentary 15’ massage and yoga. Best hotel so for in Indonesia.

Pool is amazing . Room is nice and clean. Breakfast is good and tasty. Friendly staff. Elevator to the pool. Food was good on the pool also, specially i liked pizza pepperoni . It was free coffee or tea with the snacks from 3 till 4 pm in the cafe upstairs and sunset snacks and drink in the pool from 4-6pm Tv was really big and very comfortable to watch from bed

We loved this little gem of a hotel. Friendly and helpful staff, lovely rooms (outdoor bathtub and shower), great pool area, good breakfast and a lovely morning yoga session. The grounds are immaculate and there is a skilled team of gardeners who takes very good care of the lush green gardens. It is located about 20 minutes from Ubud center, but we enjoyed the peace and quiet. Went for a nice walk along the rice fields in the area. The hotel helped us arrange a half day trip and a hike up Mt. Batur and both trips were great.

I stayed at this hotel with my wife and 2 kids (7 and 5 years old) during our stay in Ubud. It is a very nice hotel in a very calm area. The hotel personnel are very kind and friendly. Everything was just perfect. Unfortunately, during our vacation in Bali, I was infected with some kind of virus. One night the hotel receptionist took me to the hospital and stayed there with me the next 5-6 hours. Later I found out that it was the hotel manager Mr. Wira. I am very greatfull for his kindness and help. It meant a lot. During your stay in this hotel, you are in very safe hands..

Very friendly and attentive service. Fast communication. All needed information was also sent via whatsapp, which was very convenient. Prepared ginger-lemongrass tea for my ill husband. Breakfast was good and delivered to the room. Things to know before: Massage will take place in your room in your bed. We would not have booked massage this way, if we had known in advance, as the relaxation part was missing (no music, no comfortable place to hold your head). Although the massage therapists were good. I personally would suggest to dine out, as there are so many great places around with fantastic food. Restaurant Garlic Butter chicken satay was served quite cold and with not much flavor. My husband had babi kecap and he liked it. It is possible to do your laundry there and is it very convenient. In general we enjoyed our stay.

The location was great, and the whole staff was kind, well-prepared, and had a good eye for detail. The room was super clean; the bed was a comfortable king-size, and we had a view of the garden. It also happened to be my birthday while staying some days there, and they made a birthday cake for me as a surprise. I would definitely come back to the resort for my next time in Ubud.

From check in to check out we couldn’t fault a thing! The staff here are all very kind and beautiful people. The staff really made our Ubud experience a stand out on our two week long trip to Bali and we would not hesitate to recommend this oasis to any of our family and friends.
