Fabulous location - a stone's throw from the airport shuttle bus stop from Taksim Square, which makes it so easy to get to from the airport- great if you are on a short break. The room was small but adequate for a short stay, well-furnished with nice decor which makes it stand out a bit from the 'impersonal modern hotel' style. Very comfy bed and pillows, good shower and enough toiletries provided. The welcome pack of fresh fruit and Turkish sweets was a lovely surprise, but an even better surprise was the fact that we got offered free breakfast for the next day by the very gracious Mr Kerim at the hotel reception- much appreciated! Breakfast was very good too, with various breads, cold cuts,cheeses, salads, fruit, a live omelette counter. I will recommend this hotel without hesitation to my friends and acquaintances.

There wasn't anything I did not like- but if one were to nitpick, the room had a slighly odd smell immediately on entering it, which soon dissipated after a few minutes.

Location is very good, nearby station is Basmane, from which you can go to Adnan Menderes airport, Ephes, Pamukkale and so on, Kultur Park is also very close, a lot of restaurants and shops nearby. Staff is very helpful and smiley. Breakfast is good, but was the same during all staying time. Room was cleaned everyday. 88 bar next to the hotel was very good, where we had our breakfast and watched football and grabbed a bear at night.

We stayed at 3rd floor, there was no elevator, if you are with luggage it will be bit difficult to climb. Room is tiny. There was no toothpaste in the room. Main drawback ( but it is only in room with separate beds N305 ) is sink was not in the bathroom, it was outside, near the beds), please see photos It was very noisy outside and rooms are not soundproof

The location was perfect! Really close to Taksim square. The room was clean enough and had all the amenities. The stuff was really kind and helpful. They even arranged us a transfer to the airport and kept our luggage after the check out.

The room was on the ground floor right next to the main entrance and it wasn’t soundproofed which made sleep a bit annoying. A big issue was the fan in the bathroom that was really noisy and we weren’t able to turn it off because it was connected to the bathroom lighting. It also didn’t have shutters, but there were thick curtains instead.

Good location, 7 to 8 min walk for metro and tram. Room was neat and clean, and room service was done regularly. Staff was very polite and professional.

Breakfast is not good with very small choices and staff in restaurants is not cooperative and you have to help your self to get all things on your table as they dont even have hospitality to ask for coffee on your table or anything.
