Positive section of review
I liked the facilities and the staff the most. Everything went smooth from start to end. Cleanliness was top notch and location is great if you want to stay away from the Patong party kind of areas while not being too distant from it. There are also some good restaurants within walking distance of 15 mins from the resort.

I would have expected the room sizes to be slightly bigger given the price, but other facilities kind of compensated for it, so not much to complain about.

The beach-side exit of the hotel property is just about 100 m from the Lomprayah boat pier which is very convenient when you travel by the Lomprayah boats. Buffet breakfast was good. The swimming pool is GREAT!!! And just behind the pool is the beach.... (no road to cross...). Electro cart service within the property.

The Room is is big and the furniture are good. Breakfast is very good. Pool is also good, only in my week he was in renovation. The Hotel is near the City and Busstation. Pik up from and to the airport is free.

The Windows in the Room can not open. There is no balcony. The Shower in in the bathtub and the shower curtain was old and stained

Nice location between the Palms, very kind staff and owners. Short walk to the mainstreet, although we did not walk it in the dark. Room was cheap and clean! Nice atmospere.

The bed provided was too small for both of us so one of us slept in the childs bed. It was very warm in the room, but that was mostly because of the heat wave hitting Thailand.
