Positive section of review
Everything was perfect. The room was ready even a little earlier than expected. The host sent all the info on how to access the place with the step by step photo, so it was easy. Everything was as in the photos. Besides, I think I should mention that despite the fact that the place is situated in the city center in quite a noisy street, it is quiet. And all the places of interest are very close.

The appartment is at the edge of the old town with dozens of restaurants in few minutes walk. Many historical sites are within 10-15 minutes of walk. The bathtub is nice.

The SPA that is also on the pictures is very expensive - 120 pln per person per every hour.

the rooms need refreshing, not very clean carpets, dirty walls, curtains tired by time (probably also by hotel guests), too many and too strong-smelling chemicals used to clean the bathroom (a room filled with the smell of bleach is not a very pleasant experience) - all this was reported in reception and resolved by them straight away. I would like to emphasize here that I slept in two different rooms during my stay, one of them was as above, and the other was much better

The room was small and cosy with a little balcony. We arrived late and left early so it was good for our purposes. Value for money was good though.

Very difficult to find any personnel when we arrived. There was a big family party going on, and lot of noise, running children, broken glass in front of the main door. After driving for 12 hours it was quite a restless night.
