Ann and John were exceptional hosts! We felt welcomed and we'll looked after our entire trip :) the room was beautiful with a very comfortable bed and everything we could have wanted. Honestly, we won't consider staying anywhere else when we're in Eastbourne again!

We were a large family group . The staff went above and beyond in meeting our needs We had a reservation for dinner for 16 adults. The food was excellent and was served by the very cheerful staff.

The breakfast was great like normal English breakfast, The view was nice also from the room. The jacuzzi was great as well since we booked bridal suite

The staff forgot about our breakfast. There was ants coming out from the wall and they was everywhere on our clothes on table where we was eating. The walls was extremely thin we was able to hear what other neighbours talking and doing in the night..
