Positive section of review
Very stylish, generously sized apartments with comfortable beds. Just a few minutes walk from the quadrado where most of the restaurants and bars are located. Staff were excellent - they came and made breakfast in one of our rooms for our whole group so we could eat in the local style each morning. The manager (Iang?) was really helpful and friendly. He took us on a fun quad bike expedition to see some beaches off the beaten track. I highly recommend the property and would love to come back.

Mosquitoes… it’s not the properties fault, but just be aware that Trancoso is set in the forest / jungle, so take plenty of strong repellent and treat your room with knock down spray before going to bed.

Clean, comfortable and well-located. The property is just what you want but the hosts, Berta e Berto, made it special. They were very easy to communicate with the entire stay, helped to organise a trip on the island, and even offered me a ride to the ferry on my way back, saving me from walking with my backpack on a very hot day! Thank you again ☀️

I didn’t find the hotel number 400, and it doesn’t looks like hotel next to the number. The suburb looks really weird and I thought is better not stay.

Not a lot to like about this hotel. Thee photos make the place look good but reality is a different story.

The hotel was situated on a street that is full of drug users, this wasn't in the advertisement. When we arrived we were advised to not go out at night as it was dangerous. The website said parking was available, however, when we arrived we were told we couldn't park and eventually after some conversation we were admitted to park in an underground garage for a fee. The breakfast in the morning was also extremely poor quality with limited options. During the night it was so noisy due to there being pumps outside of the windows, my friends asked to move rooms which was eventually requested and that didn't help as the noise out on the street was even worse. Not a pleasant stay at all and a place I won't be returning too.

rooms very outdated very old furniture, the bathroom was very old, towels are very old even not turning yellow, breakfast for European people very limited mostly cakes and bread maybe it is Brazilian standard.
