What an amazing hotel! The location was stunning due to the closeness to so many attractions and activities and the view of Burj Khalifa from the pool and the room. The hotel was creatively decorated and super clean. Amazing restaurants, drinks and floating breakfast options in the pool. The highlight of the hotel was the staff and how professional, helpful and friendly they were.

The location of the hotel is great. It is located close to the Metro-Station intersection (Burjuman Metro Station) and also to the big shopping center (BurJuman) where man can buy all that he needs. The staff was very friendly. House keepers were nice and friendly. Pool guy was very helpful and he kept pool area really nice ang clear all the time.

This hotel is mostly adopted for the South Asians. You could smell spices almost everywhere. There was some bad odor in the room. The breakfast was not adapted to Europeans, the food has too much spices.

Location is not ideal You do not get any type of room service So u have to live with the same bedsheets for your whole vacation Room cleaning was not included in price Worst of all you had to take your on baggage upstairs as they had no porters at sight 😒
