From the moment we stepped into our room, we were impressed by the beautiful and immaculately clean accommodations. The common areas, including the kitchen, dining, and living room spaces, were simply phenomenal. They boasted a stunning modern design with technological features that made cooking and dining feel like a dream. The laundry facilities were a great convenience, allowing us to ensure all our clothing was clean before heading back home. Despite the staff being rarely seen physically, they seemed to work like magic behind the scenes, ensuring that the facilities were spotless and providing thoughtful touches like tea, coffee, and breakfast items readily accessible in the kitchen. I particularly appreciated the efforts of the staff in maintaining cleanliness, especially in the kitchen areas where some guests were not as considerate. The staff's diligence in ensuring these spaces remained clean for the enjoyment of all guests did not go unnoticed. To anyone considering a visit to Milwaukee, I highly recommend Kinn Guesthouse. It truly is a wonderful establishment, and I can assure you that I will be making it my accommodation of choice on my next trip back to the city

This Hotel is Clean Comfortable and Safe a Fun 10 minute drive to get to Driving on the Wisconsin Bridge From Duluth. Hotel was a more budget friendly option compaired to staying Downtown Duluth for enjoying a Beautiful Summer North Shore Vacation Weekend. The perfect Family Hotel if you have little ones lots of happy kids running around! Hotel has Complimentary Breakfast but there is a Perkins located very close. Anchor Bar and Grill As Seen on Diners Drive-ins and Dives is nearby.

The location is very convenient without being in the middle of downtown. The pool, hot tub, outside seating areas, and fire pit made relaxing at the hotel very pleasant. Everything was perfect but on booking was written that we can pay cash when we will get to the hotel. We were travel from Plland.When we came they didnt accept cash so it was very confusing for us. Otherwise hotel was very nice and comfortable. Breakfasts very good, everything clean and very good distance to different attractions in Wisconsin Dells. We got passes to water park and was very nice! Highly reccomend.

The hotel is ideally located just off the Interstate and close to the main attractions of Wisconsin Dells. Very clean and comfort facilities. The reception staff are super polite and courteous. The breakfast is of a good standard offering both hot and cold options. This is our second stay in 6 weeks and will certainly have no hesitation to use the hotel on our next trip. Highly recommended.

Perfect Location in Downtown Milwaukee. To the Wisconsin Center it's just a five minute walk. There are numerous bars and restaurants near the hotel, also a Walgreens store, the Public Museum and the really nice River Walk. The breakfast offers hot meals (eggs, bacon) and bagels, toast and delicious waffles. The room was large, clean and well equipped.

I stayed here as an Ironman Wisconsin athlete and the hotel was perfect for that purpose. I was pleasantly surprised the hotel restaurant is actually affordable. It made staying for an extended stay so much simpler. The location can't be beat really and you're not right on the square so it's a bit quieter.
