The hotel decor overall was beautifully done. The room was huge and I loved the high ceilings, chandelier, and having a bath in the en-suite! Dinner was perfectly cooked and breakfast was just what we wanted before a day sightseeing at Kew Gardens. The Eggs Benedict was spot on and refillable tea and coffee was a nice touch. The gentleman who checked us in was a real joy; top marks for all the staff.

The only noise was from the planes taking off but this is to be expected and after a while we became used to this. The staff were helpful and friendly, our rooms were upgraded which wasn’t expected but close together as requested. The breakfast was exceptional and great value. Would totally recommend if you’re planning a stay in London with children, but would prefer to retreat to a quiet place away from the hustle and bustle. We’d book here again next time.
