We had a group of 7 staying for 2 days of the York Ebor Racing Festival. The house was within walking distance of the train station where buses transported people to the racetrack. Our host facilitated an early bag drop at the house so that we could travel on to the racetrack without our luggage. The house was very clean, bathroom and shower facilities were very good, there was a nice outdoor green area at the back, it is shared with the other units but you have your own table and chairs. It's an ideal property for racing and music festivals for groups of 6-8.

Beautifully furnished and decorated. Fantastic location, wonderful and helpful hosts and lovely added thoughtful extras included in the price (Yorkshire Brack cake!) We honestly couldn’t be more satisfied with the stay, it was superb, and we can’t wait to return!

Just stayed here with two of my friends and the property was absolutely immaculate and was so lovely and cosy. The bed was one of the comfiest I’ve ever slept in and the hot tub was wonderful. There’s also Smart TV’s in all the rooms to watch Netflix too which made our stay perfect.
