We booked this hotel as part of our Honeymoon, we were very excited to stay here. We were slightly disappointed when we arrived at the airport to find our pre-booked taxi with the hotel did not arrive. They were very apologetic however and greeted me with a bunch of flowers and a lovely cake in our room. The facilities are superb with beautiful rooms. Be mindful that walking to different locations within the hotel complex takes time, they do provide buggy's which pick you up but you have to allow 10-15 minutes until they are available. There are a number of different restaurants within the complex but be prepared to pay a higher price. We ate at the Thai restaurant which was exquisite. The spa facilities are beautiful, I had an amazing massage worth every penny (similar to EU prices). Overall a lovely hotel.

Highly recommend stayed in the hotel room for 4 nights lovely room good bath room and great AC. Location is 5 min walk from 7/11 and right on the beach. Staff are lovely and friendly. They make a great effort in evenings by putting on fire shows free.

The pools are very nice, the rooms are very spaceous and nicely decorated with a balcony and jacuzzi. They made a birthday surprise to one of my friends, it was lovely.
