The property was excellent, very clever layout and all facilities in great condition. Great location with cafes and restaurants.Free breakfast for each of us was given via voucher to be used daily at a local cafe just about 100 metres from the property. It was great and to be honest, unexpected as we didn't know this was included Good coffee too! I want to highlight the outstanding hosting by Yamila. Simply superb. She was always available with very fast response each time we needed help. We felt very well looked after.

The 24/7 security on the entrance, the modern interiors, location and the staff, especially the manager who was very attentive and friendly with all of our mini requests, it was a great stay. The apartment (6J) was clean, spacious and almost brand new. There was no noise overall. Showers and toilet (with bidet) were perfect.

The rooms are cozy and spacious! We liked the mattresses and pillows, which are absolutely comfortable. The apartments offer exceptional cleanliness, no single hair or stain was spotted. The kitchenette is well equipped with everything you might need for a decent dinner. The staff is nice and kind, check in and check out processes went smoothly. The neighbourhood is very quiet yet entertaining. There's a grocery shop around the corner, a lot of coffeeshops and restaurants. There's also a public parking lot in a few steps from the building, which is absolutely affordable. I highly recommend this place - this is one of the best value for money ratio that you may find around.

The building is a loft-studio converted to apartments, and the room we booked was HUGE! With different lights to fit any preference and mood, aircon, a super comfortable bed and a lovely terrace. Diego was a wonderful host, very friendly and full of suggestions for how to best enjoy the neighborhood and Buenos Aires. The location is also perfect as the neighborhood itself is really fun, and an easy bus ride to everywhere else you might want to go.
