Silverstar Casino, Hotel and Entertainment is a wordclass venue. Great location. Amazing food. Peace of mind. Beautiful place. Love the wine. The food though 😍, from breakfast to dinner, it was really good. Oh and the staff is very friendly and very welcoming. I felt welcomed from the moment I entered the property. The guys at the gate were so nice and made us comfortable.

We arrived in Krugersdorp on the 2nd of December for our booking. There was a special arrangement to book in at 12PM on the day, as we were heading to a wedding in the afternoon. However, as we arrived at the designated address, 21 Hugo Street, Krugersdorp, there was no one to meet us. We waited more than 30 minutes before a staff member came up the road to greet us. The room at 21 Hugo was just as advertised in the pictures. However, the staff member (Vuma) told us that the owner of Shekhinah lodge decided to move us to another house address. There was zero communication with us about this arrangement, and we were forced to drive to another address on De Wet street. As we arrived at the new address, we were forced to stay with several other individuals in the same house. Besides the fact that the pictures and amenities on the booking were misleading, the room was small and uncomfortable. However, we were running late for the wedding and had to get ready. When we arrived at the address after the wedding at midnight (as arranged), we were stuck outside the gate for nearly an hour. The Pincode for the gate we were given was wrong. A professional would have all the details (including access) communicated clearly. The owner did not attempt to apologize for his misconduct, I presume as long as he is awarded the non-refundable booking fee, he paid no mind. Suffice it to say we couldn't even sleep and left as soon as the sun rose. I would never recommend anyone to stay here.Chris - 10Scored 10

The place was extremely beautiful, peaceful. The pictures is exactly as the listing but doesn't do it any justice it's just very beautiful and spacious. No noise and it's as if you stay in your own house. Cradestone mall is 5 Min away and you don't have a problem with getting Bolt or Uber.AnelSouth Africa - 10Scored 10

The most thing we liked the most is the heat inside the room because it was very cold and rain that day. My wife enjoyed the warm water of the jacuzzi, she was very happy. thanks guy we will be there soon 🥰

We were served by Morne himself for dinner, Michael Nhlapo does the things with the pots (awesome cook), Michael the waiter taught us a lot about wine. From what I could gather the hotel was fully booked but so much space and attention was available and given to us. So much more can be said so in a nutshell it's a 5 star experience.
